We are an internet based business and sell 24/7 online. But please note we do not have any physical stores you can visit in Kaikōura. We are happy to meet you in town or at your campsite to show you our products or help you fit your new cover. Give us a ring or contact us by email. The tow covers come in two sizes of fabric 215cm and 230 cm and then have adjustable straps to get the perfect fit. Measure between your awning rails and across your front window to decide which size is best for you. Make sure you allow space for the buckle and don't chose a cover that is bigger than the distance you have measured.

If you are unsure about what size to order it is best to contact us for help. If you order the incorrect size and need to exchange it then there will be a $50.00 restocking fee plus the return postage envelope to us. Since it has been tried on, the cover cannot be resold by us at full price once we receive it back. Of course, if we send you the wrong size then we will exchange it with no cost to you.

An item that has been returned by a customer cannot be resold. Therefore, Rhino Guard does not offer full refunds or complimentary postage for change of mind situations or any purchase errors. Exchange - If the price of the new item exceeds the price of the original item a $50 restocking fee will be charged to the customer along with postage cost and the deficit in price between items. If the price of the new item is less than the price of the original item a refund will be processed for the deficit in price between items, less a $50 restocking fee and postage cost of the new item. Returns - A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and return postage will be covered by the customer. A full refund & complimentary postage will only be offered in the unlikely event of a faulty item.

Rhino Guard tow covers will protect against stone chips at high combined vehicle speeds as you tow your caravan on regular NZ roads, easy as! But if you feel adventurous and go high speed off-roading then you are on your own.

We definitely do. It is a non woven breathable fabric in four layers so it can be left on while you are parked up without issue.

We put your items in an NZ prepaid post satchel with regular tracked mail. If you would like to upgrade to the courier service or are rural then let us know and we will do our best to help. If you would prefer to pick up while you are in Kaikoura then we would love to meet you and can even help fit your cover if you would like some help.

A higher denier number signifies a thicker, heavier and generally stronger fiber, while a lower denier indicates a finer, lighter thread. Therefore, a fabric with a higher denier is thicker and more durable than a fabric of the same type with a lower denier. High denier: Used for our products normally needing higher wind resistance or tolerance. Perfect for use on the front of vehicles and ultimately worth the investment. Low denier: Used for our covers that are protected from head on wind when covering bikes on a rack, perfect for home storage or covering at the end of a days cycle!

No - Rhino Guard tow covers are designed to stop stone chips at high speeds and must be placed directly against the front of your caravan to function correctly. They have a soft anti-scratch layer and will not harm your paint or window.
